In the ITCC system, entities are people or groups of people, such as customers, agents, agent groups, and organizations.
Each entity is unique.
Each entity can have an unlimited number of relationships with other entities.
Before you use the ITCC system, you need to set up the following entities.
(Entities marked with ** can remain as preset by ITCC.)
- Users
- Groups
- **Roles
- **User Types
