Generating an Access Codes
To generate a new access code, follow these steps:
Open Incognito Window: Copy the Auth URL from the ITCC and paste it into a new incognito web browser
Log In: After logging in, the URL will refresh
Please note: for incoming mail integration, log in with the mailbox email address.
Copy the URL: Copy the entire URL from the browser’s address bar into Notepad.
Extract the Access Code: From the copied URL, locate the segment between ?code= and &state. This is your new access code.

Enter Access Code in ITCC: Paste the extracted access code into the Access Code field in the ITCC.
[ For incoming mail ] Activate Connection: Check the Activate Connection option.
Save: Click the Save button and wait for the next run.
